Shipping policy

Please put in shipping address correctly. We are not responsible for undeliverable/ lost packages due to incorrect addresses. All packages will be shipped by “USPS”. 

As soon as you receive a tracking number via email, it means your order is packed and ready to  be shipped. 

Once “USPS” has possession of your package, we cannot make changes. 

If you have questions about delays on your tracking, you will need to contact “USPS”.
