Q: My item doesn’t fit, can I return? 
 
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our size chart prior to making a purchase. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?We process orders in 2-3 business days. Shipping is 3-5 days.

Q: What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. All claims must be made with the shipping carrier. If your tracking information says it was delivered you can open a insurance claim by calling USPS at (800) 275-8777 or UPS at (800) 742- 5877.
